SunUp Dawn Simulator is so easy to use, all you need to do is plug your lamp into it, then plug that into a wall outlet. Now you can wake up gently with a simulated sunrise, not that jarring noise of the alarm clock buzzer.
Clinical trials have used two types of dawn simulations effectively: a natural dawn mimicking a springtime sunrise, used in mid winter when it is still dark; and a sigmoidal-shaped dawn ranging 30 minutes to 2 hours. SunUp Dawn Simulator allows you to sleep through the dawn and wake up easily at the simulated sunrise, after which the day's treatment is over. Early morning light signals are more effective at advancing the biological clock than light signals given at other times of the day.
SunUp Dawn Simulator allows you to set how long it will take for the lamp to reach full intensity, from one minute to three hours. (The manually-started dusk feature is set to the same amount of time as the dawn feature.)
