The Sound Oasis S-650 is a Sound Therapy System, in other words, a “Relaxation” system. There are 24 sounds available that can be played on this system. These sounds are some of the best relaxing sounds and are an unbeatable therapeutic sounds, providing an outstanding experience for those who need help relaxing. The S-650 helps you block out noises that are irritating to you, allowing you to get a deeper sleep. The sounds are a variety of nature sounds, sounds that doctors agree help with relaxing. Because you get a better night sleep you will have a better day allowing for better concentration, helping you will be more productive during your day along with being more cheerful.
The S-650 uses sound cards to deliver the sounds. There are 12 different themes available. These themes are on different memory cards. All that needs to be done is to put the sound/memory card in of the theme you would like to use during the night. You may find a favorite sound or may alternate nightly. The sounds you hear are realistic in sound. It is set up like an alarm clock, so you can decide if you want a buzzer or nature sound to wake you up in the morning.
You can choose from four different play times as well; continuous, 30, 60, and 90 minutes long. Having this option is great; it helps you be able to set up sounds as needed. These different play times can help as an alarm on when to change tasks or go to a meeting, etc. You also have the option to reset your options by turning it off or even resume what options you used previously or even repeat what you played the last time. You can even use a headphone/speaker set if the noise will bother those who sleep in the same room as you.
There are several power options for the S-650. It takes 4 “AA” batteries, which are not included, making it easy to travel with or as a back up in case of loss of electricity. There is also an AC adapter, so it can be used at places like home or office or even a hotel room, where ever you can plug it in.
