PottyMD WetStop 3 Bedwetting Alarm System

One of the many challenges of raising a child is potty training. It is something that many parents rush in to, eager to pass beyond the stage of diaper changing. Despite the fact that the parents and perhaps the children are very eager to move onward, this is quite a daunting task that can take a lot of time. In fact, bedwetting is a problem that follows many children up through early elementary school; it's just that so many parents have become disillusioned into thinking that potty problems are all done and over with by the time the kid is in preschool.
Unlike conventional potty training, where the child is making a conscious choice of where to use the restroom, bedwetting is an unconscious and undesired action on behalf of the child. It's obviously not very efficient to sit by a child's bed all night and alert him or her of when it is time to go to the restroom. Thankfully, there are tools like the WetStop3 Bedwetting Alarm System that can help your child overcome nighttime accidents.

The Bedwetting alarm may seem ineffective at first, as it only wakes up the child after they have an accident. However, this is actually extremely beneficial and helps in quite a few different ways. First of all, this trains the child to wake up whenever they need to go to the bathroom. Over long periods of time, their bodies will become accustomed to waking up, and after several weeks, there is a good chance that this will be a natural reflux for most children using the product, therefore totally eliminating bedwetting. Secondly, this alarm system will also alert the child right away that he or she needs to clean up and change clothes - resulting in a cleaner and more comfortable sleep for the rest of the night. Especially for parents of older children who are able to manage the alarm on their own, this system will make it easier on the parents by encouraging positive responsibility.
The way that this system works is extremely intuitive and easy to use. This is very beneficial in the sense that children ages 6-7 and older will most likely be able to operate the system themselves with little help from parents. Before going to bed, the child will clip the main alarm onto the shoulder of their shirt - this will place the alarm in an easy to hear position. The other clip is attached on the outside front of the underwear in the portion that would likely get wet during a nighttime incident. In the event of an accident, the alarm will chirp fairly loudly until the child wakes up, changes underwear, and then clips the second clip onto the same position of the clean underwear.

This is an extremely cost effective solution for bedwetting problems. It may take a few weeks for the positive effects to take form, but they will come - both you and your child will be extremely happy with the end result.
