The PoolKeeper 128-D by Marpac

Swimming pools are great. They provide endless hours of entertainment to countless families across the world, encouraging a healthy lifestyle in an age where exercise is becoming less and less common. Pools aren't a cheap instillation, but they add a lot of value to a home - both monetarily and intrinsically. All of this is fairly expected whenever someone purchases a pool, but there is one thing about swimming pools that many people walk into unexpectedly: maintenance. Pools require a lot of work! If you aren't wealthy enough to hire someone to work on your pool on a regular basis, then it looks like you are going to have to do it yourself. The good news is that there are tons of great tools available to help make swimming pool upkeep a lot easier and a lot less time consuming!

One of the many tools to aid in swimming pool upkeep is the PoolKeeper by Marpac. Nearly every swimming pool has a problem of a slowly draining water level. It is extremely time consuming to go out and check on your pools water level every day, but you must have some sort of way to monitor your pool's water level, or you may end up with very expensive damage done to your water pump. The solution to this problem, of course, is the PoolKeeper. All you have to do is hook the water hose up to the PoolKeeper, and then the water level of your swimming pool will be maintained automatically, all day, every day!

It's easy to look at something like this and wonder how in the world it could possibly work. The Marpac PoolKeeper is an extremely intuitive design that operates solely off of the nature of water pressure, meaning that there's no external energy required to keep it running. Not only is the initial purchase price of the PoolKeeper a lot less than other automatic pumping systems, it will save you money in the long run as well by not using any electricity whatsoever!

For something that works this well and does such an important job, it must be extremely difficult to figure out and install, right? Actually, no! You won't have to spend more than a few minutes to get this working. You don't even need to get out a single tool, much less hire an electrician or plumber to come out to your home. All you have to do is screw in your garden hose and dock it on the side of the pool so that the bottom of it dips below the water line. It really is that simple!

No matter how well you take care of your pool, it is going to lose water over time. The natural effects of heat, sunlight, wind, and general pool use will slowly drain water from your pool on a daily basis, no matter how careful you are to keep water from being splashed out the side of the pool. Using the PoolKeeper will make your pool less of a hassle and more of a joy.
