Sound Machines Direct offers a 30 Day – “No Questions Asked” Return Policy.

1. Proof of purchase must be included with your return (dated within the 30 day return period)

2. Shipping charges are non-refundable - Refund for items sent with free shipping will be reduced to cover original shipping cost.

3. Some items are considered "personal use items" and cannot be returned (examples: pillows and in ear devices)

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR THE PRODUCT.

For shipping items for Return email us at info@soundmachinesdirect.com and ask for a RMA number. The items cannot be returned without this number. Boxes that arrive without the RMA# marked will be refused and returned to the customer.

All credits will be processed within 3-5 business days of the date received.

After 30 days from date of purchase all warranty and exchanges will be handled by the manufacturer.
