I have to say I am well rested. I go to sleep around the same time every night and wake up the same time in the morning. I get around 7-9 hours of sleep and thats plenty for me every night of the week.

I?d have to say I average 4-5 hours though many nights it is much less. Last night I think it was two and there are many nights I don?t sleep at all. I?ve gone up to two weeks without sleeping but that brings on all sorts of insanity so if you are suffering from insomnia that bad get medical assistance immediately.

I get a lot more sleep now than I used to, that's for sure! My daughter was a terrible sleeper for the first 3.5 years of her life, so that made it rough for a while. Now I average about 6-8 hours.

I can say that I am also well rested. I average 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Sometimes I do sleep less due to some online money making jobs at night.
