Natural Factors Tranquil Sleep

Hello,
I was just wondering how the Tranquil Sleep pills compare to the prescription pills? How many do you have to take to get a restful sleep? Do you have to devote a certain amount of time to sleeping? For example, Lunesta says to devote at least 8 hours of sleep when taking them?
Thanks!

Is it safe to take pills in order to sleep? I think all you need to do in order to have a good sleep is to relax and keep your mind free from worries.

I agree with dollar_earner. I don't think it's good to take pills in order to sleep.
