Is anyone else like me that you do not have ot use an alarm clock in order to wake up on time each morning?

I wish. I have a hard time getting to sleep at night so getting up in the morning is a nightmare. I would never get anywhere on time if I didn?t use an alarm clock.

I used to be like that until I had a child and started working from home. My hours got all messed up then. Now that I'm on a more normal routine, I seem to wake up around the same time to make sure my husband is up for work. He has a bad habit of getting up, shutting of the alarm, and then crawling back into bed and going back to sleep. Not a good idea when you have a 2 hour commute.

I always set my alarm clock everyday. But sometimes I do wake up earlier than what I have set for my alarm clock, especially If I have a very important appointment for the day.

I find that I need an alarm clock otherwise I'll just happily snooz through the entire morning, but like Dollar_earner said, I tend to wake up mere seconds before the alarm goes off. But does anyone else have this problem where you wake up but you don't take your head of the pillow fast enough, so you end up sleeping another half an hour?

I used to be like that. I was on a consistent schedule and I couldn't sleep past 6 a.m. Then I started working from home. There is no way I would trust myself to wake up without one.

I am usually awake before the alarm goes off, so one might think that I could learn to live without it. Not so. If I tried to not use one, I would end up oversleeping. Oh well. Tied to the bloody alarm clock I guess!

Hmm, it depends. Sometimes I`ll wake up before the alarm goes off and sometimes I`m glad I set my alarm because I would have probably overslept.
