I do take a nap very often. Normally I don't like taking a nap because it will make me feel after a short nap. I feel like I am lacking a night sleep. That's I don?t like taking a nap.

I don?t nap often. Of course I don?t sleep often so I guess the two go hand in hand. If I am really sleepy I may try to take a nap but I agree with the posting above. It?s all about how long the nap is. If you go much over 20-30 minutes you starts a sleep cycle and then if you wake up without completing it you feel terrible.

I very seldom take a nap during the day. It usually only ever occurs if I am really not feeling well for some reason.
