LOVE my Sound Oasis Deluxe machine

I started hear low frequency sounds in my house, about a year ago, and nearly lost my mind. I couldnt sleep at night for weeks and was on the verge of going on sleeping pills.

After some research,I discovered white noise and with some experimenting with machines and noise, I hit on the sound oasis deluxe machine. I use the white noise sound only as the ocean and cove sounds wake me up and found a pillow speaker with two built in speakers at each end (for when you turn over in your sleep).

It took me a few weeks to get used to but oh my God, I wouldnt be without my friend now - I used to have nightmares, they are gone now. I had bladder problems at night time, which have also unbelievably disappeared as well (my consultant said it may  be to do with the deeper sleep keeping me from having to get up). No matter how stressed or worried I am going to bed, this soothing sound of this machine literally calms me down, relaxes my muscles and sends me to sleep.

I am just posting this because what started out as a nightmare problem for me (with my hearing) ended up in me finding a solution that has extended to other areas of my health, in positive ways.

If I ever have a baby, baby is going to have his/her own machine.
