Do any of you use sleeping pills on a regular basis? I take the over the counter sleep aids from time to time but you have to be able to sleep enough for them to wear off or you'll feel bad the next day.

I try not to take pills because the few times that I've taken something, I always feel icky and groggy the next day. I am thinking about trying a mild sleep aid that has the same substance as Benadryl for those sleepless nights. Benadryl does knock me out but didn't leave any bad feelings the next day so it's worth a try.
