Do you take naps?

When I was in my 20's I used to love taking naps. I would sleep for a couple of hours and wake up feeling refreshed. Now, though, if I take a nap, I usually feel worse than before I fell asleep. So, I usually just push until I can go to sleep for the night.
Do you take naps? Do you feel better after you take one, or are you like me and they don't help much?

I sometimes take naps in the middle afternoon when I feel tired. I'm not a napper during summer because I can't sleep comfortably in a hot weather. I don't feel better waking up one afternoon sweating.

I would love it if I could take naps, but my life is way too busy to do so. My children still take naps, does that count? If only I could!

I will sometimes take a nap with my little one. I never feel refreshed after though. I always feel even more tired than before I took the nap. I have tried taking vitamins and that just doesn't work. I have also tried exercising to see if that will boost my energy level and that doesn't work either.

I take a nap every chance I get but I have a newborn so I am still up and down frequently during the night, but it's getting better.
