Do you guys sleep on your stomach? I find it comfortable to sleep this way because it relieves tension and pain in my lower back.

Actually, the one position that I usually cannot tolerate is sleeping on my stomach.  I don't know if it's because I am overweight, but just lying on my stomach is very uncomfortable.  I am a side and back sleeper.

I used to be only a side sleeper for at least the first 20 years of my life but after being a passenger in two car wrecks and the horrid whip lash I ended up being a stomach sleeper on towards the right side, as in I lay on the stomach but my head is towards the right. If I sleep to the left I get back/neck issues when I wake and if I sleep on my back its then back issues.

I tend to alternate between my stomach and side when I sleep. I am a restless sleeper so I'm all over the bed. The one position I can not sleep in is on my back. It hurts my back and then when I wake up in the morning I have a stiff back.
