If they made something that simulated the sound of tires on the road, I'm sure that would help me get to sleep at night. Whenever I am in the car that's the sound that makes me want to just nod off. What about you?

I tend to fall asleep riding in a car or bus during the road trip. Maybe it's because of the vibration it brings to the body while moving.

I think any monotonous sound really is helpful.  I just have certain sounds that I like to sleep too.  Now that I'm living in a hollow with just a few other people, my sleep is better but I still have nights when I just can't go to sleep.
