I know I snore, but as a general rule I don't get compaints from my wife. However she really snores! I don't complain about her, because it really doesn't keep me awake. However I may try those breathing strips to see if it makes any difference.

I used to snore, but for some reason all of a sudden it stopped.

Snoring can be a serious issue and should be taken seriously.  Sometimes snoring is a sign of sleep apnea.  This is a condition where you actually stop breathing during your sleep.  My brother went to a sleep specialist and was diagnosed with this condition.  There is a machine that he uses now when he sleeps to keep his airway open.  This means no more snoring, and a much better night's sleep.

So, snoring not only disrupts your sleep, wether you realize it or not, but it could also be dangerous.  Talk to your doctor!

You can stop snoring with the use of nasal strips, changing sleep positions and taking natural remedies. If you're over weight, you may need to lose at least 10% of your body weight to avoid growing bulky neck tissues, and if you have an alcohol-drinking habit, avoid drinking to stop snoring.

From my experience the strips don't work. Losing weight and stopping smoking does work. I am a horribly loud snorer and I quit smoking when I get pregnant the snoring stopped but as I got bigger it came back I think my husband was about ready to kill me before the baby was born. As I have to started to lose the baby weight though the snoring as eased off that and I rarely fall deep enough to sleep to snore anymore.

I don't have the snoring issue it's my husband that does. I can't even sleep in the same room with him because he is so darn loud. He has tried several over the counter products for snoring but none of them seem to work. What can he try so I can get back in the bed?
