- Proof of purchase must be included with your return (dated within the 30 day return period)

- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Refund for items sent with free shipping will be reduced to cover original shipping cost.

- Some items are considered "personal use items" and cannot be returned (examples: pillows and in ear devices)

- All items must be returned in the original packaging for the product.

- Products returned without the RMA# on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the customer.

- All credits will be processed within 3-5 business days of the date received.

- After 30 days from date of purchase all warranty and exchanges will be handled by the manufacturer.
